Refund policy


RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

 

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something doesn’t fit or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re here to help. Please read the following terms carefully before returning your item(s).

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

1.1. We offer a 14-day refund policy. Returns must be posted back within 14 days of the fulfilment date (the date your order was dispatched, not delivered).

1.2. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and hygiene labels attached and undamaged.

1.3. Returns showing any signs of wear (including makeup, deodorant, fake tan, perfume, or general use) will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

1.4. End of season sale items are non-returnable and are not eligible for a refund.

1.5. Swimwear is subject to a strict hygiene policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these standards.

 

2. Return Shipping

 

2.1. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not currently offer free or prepaid returns.

2.2. All items must be returned via a tracked postal service. Cordelia the Label is not liable for parcels lost in transit.

2.3. If a return is lost, we will support you in raising a dispute with the courier; however, no refund can be issued until the parcel is received.

 

3. Late Returns

 

3.1. Returns received after the 14-day period will be rejected.

3.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return reaches us within the stated timeframe.

 

4. Order Cancellations

 

4.1. Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

4.2. After this time, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

4.3. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

 

5. International Returns

 

5.1. International returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.

5.2. Parcels must be clearly marked as “UK RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.

5.3. Any duties or taxes incurred on international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refund Process

 

6.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

6.2. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed and appear in your account (processing times may vary by bank).

 

7. Return Requests

Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with our returns address via email.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns via InPost
  • All returns must be delivered on time to the address provided in your returns confirmation email

 

8. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, you must repurchase the new item online in your preferred size or style.

Please return the item(s) you no longer want using a tracked service within 14 days of fulfilment. Once the returned item(s) have been received and approved, a refund will be processed for the original item(s).

Customers are responsible for all return and re-order postage costs.

All exchanged items must meet our returns criteria.

9. Changes to This Policy

Cordelia the Label reserves the right to update or amend this Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately once published on our website.

By making a purchase from Cordelia the Label, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, including any future amendments.
