When is your next restock?

All restock information will be posted through our instagram page cordeliathelabell give us a follow to keep updated with our latest drops and restocks!

How do I track my order?

once u have placed an order with Cordelia the label you will shortly afterwards receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

I entered the wrong address/size when ordering, can this be changed?

You would need to contact us ASAP at queries@cordeliathelabel.com and tell us your full name and order number, and the information that you need changing.

We will absolutely try to assist in changing this however if this is not done instantly we can’t change it as orders are processed straight away.

Do you ship worldwide?

YES!! Shipping costs will apply and be added at checkout!

What should I do if I have received an incorrect/ Faulty item?

All of our items go through a quality control check before being posted out so that as a business we can maintain the highest quality for our customers, if for any reason you do still receive the wrong size/ a faulty item so that we can get this sorted for you as soon as possible please drop us a message with the following.

  • Your full name
  • Product name
  • Your order number
  • Picture of the faulty/ incorrect item
